$1,500–$4,000
The Only In Ocala consumer guide, a secondary source, publishes this range for standard full-cage rescreening. It is not a quote from this website or a verified average of completed local jobs.
For comparison, West Coast Screening’s Southwest Florida guide publishes $1,500–$4,500 for an average residential full rescreen and higher ranges for large or two-story cages. Southwest Florida is not Ocala; use this only as regional context.
Do not multiply by pool size. AllTech’s Ocala page advertises standard 18×14 mesh from $1.45 per square foot and premium 20×20 from $2.15. Those are the contractor’s advertised screen-area starting rates—not pool-deck area, a guaranteed all-in total or a price we offer.
What changes the estimate?
- Scope: all wall and roof panels, selected panels, doors, or only a lanai.
- Mesh: exact product, weave, brand and areas where it will be installed.
- Height and access: tall roof panels, obstructions and equipment needs.
- Condition: spline, fasteners, doors and frame issues are not interchangeable with mesh replacement.
- Travel and minimums: especially for a regional company or a small repair.
These factors are described in the contractor guides below. Only an inspecting professional can quote your enclosure. We do not provide estimates or set contractor prices.
Ask for these line items.
- Exactly which wall, roof and door panels are included?
- What manufacturer and mesh specification will be used?
- Are removal, disposal, new spline and cleanup included?
- Which screws, door parts or framing work are extra?
- Are access equipment, travel, minimum charges and taxes included?
- What happens if concealed damage changes the scope?
- What are the deposit, balance and written warranty terms?
Keep the written scope beside each price. A low partial-repair quote and a full rescreen quote are not the same offer.
When a cheaper repair may be enough.
If damage is limited and the remaining mesh is sound, ask about individual panels. A small repair may still have a minimum visit charge. If the mesh is brittle throughout, compare repeated patching with a complete rescreen estimate.
Compare full rescreening with panel repair, or take the contractor-question checklist to your estimate appointment.
Questions homeowners ask.
Is $1,500–$4,000 a guaranteed Ocala price?
No. It is a published range from a secondary Ocala guide, not our quote or a verified local average. A contractor must inspect and price your scope.
Can I calculate a total from my pool dimensions?
Not reliably. Screen-area pricing refers to mesh area, not just the pool or deck footprint, and starting rates may exclude other work or minimum charges.
